Rachel Bown-Williams is a qualified Kundalini Global yoga teacher specialising in breath work, anxiety and addiction. She is offering our community an introduction to this wonderful style of yoga that combines breath, posture and intention. 

Many of us are feeling stressed out, anxious and overwhelmed, what if we could choose to feel differently? When we combine breath work with posture and intention we press the reset button. Experience the sanctuary of your yoga mat, put down your day and come home to yourself.
