WHO IS THE TEACHER
Rachel Bown-Williams is a qualified Kundalini Global Yoga teacher specialising in breath work, anxiety and addiction. She is offering our community an introduction to this wonderful style of yoga that combines breath, posture and intention.
WHAT IS IT
A block of 6 online Yoga sessions (Kundalini Global Yoga)
All classes will be available online exclusively to participants for 6 weeks after the last class
