R&R have been trained by ex SBS and ex military police in firearms, they examine UK gun law and interpret it for film and theatre. They have combined their practical and legal experience to create safe working practices supported bt SMA, ABTT and Bectu. Rc-Annie have trained thousands through theatre, drama schools and their own courses, improving the working practices of blank firers and Replica Firearms in performance.

WHAT IS IT?
Part 1 is an interactive online class which focuses on the does & don’ts for Replica Imitation Firearms (RIF’s) including Blank Firing Handguns, in theatre.

Learning differences between Real Firearms and RIF’s
Defining what is and isn't legal
Understanding what offences you are likely to commit
Knowing when you require a Firearms Certificate 
Determining the right prop gun for your production
Establishing rehearsal room and pre production etiquette 
Sourcing gun shaped things, transporting and storage

A greater understanding of how to safely accommodate RIF's in your production
Finding your own comfort levels while dealing with all RIF's
