​Who’s it for?
​This retreat is for 12 (max) open and committed actors, directors, makers, creators wanting to gain accreditation and confidence in stage combat whilst also expanding themselves and their craft.

Rc-Annie and Both Feet have always believed that in order to work at our best, we need to look after one another. Together we have designed a powerful retreat that will stay with you for your lifetime.

⚔️ Evening Fireside dinner & talks
⚔️ Stand up paddleboarding
⚔️ Guided walk in Snowdonia
⚔️ Camping for 2 of the nights (tent & cooking equipment provided)

We'll balance BADC Stage Combat Training with contemplative practices such as yoga, breath work, meditation and nature based activities. This is a unique opportunity to learn or brush up on Stage Combat skills whilst offering yourself time and space to reconnect with yourself and nature, in the glorious Welsh countryside.
